Eszena Danza organises an outstanding charity gala for FMLC’s grief psychology service

During the present month, the Eszena Danza dance school organised an extraordinary charity gala that has taken place at the Alcobendas Art Centre. All proceeds from this outstanding fundraising event will be donated to our entity. The event was dedicated to the memory of Diego Alcalá Rivero, son of Pedro Alcalá and Teresa Rivero, both beneficiaries of our Grief Psychology service.

The Eszena students were the stars of the night as they executed different dance numbers, ranging from classical ballet to flamenco. This meet up brought together a large audience, with over 300 people in attendance. A succesful sold out, filling up all the available seats of the Paco de Lucía auditorium.

Overall, the gala raised a total of 1,525€, which will be enitrely allocated to our psychotherapy service. An activity through which we provide free psychological care directed at people who have lost a loved one and are experiencing a complicated grief process.

We are grateful for this initiative and thank the Eszena school’s effort and contribution, as well as all those involved in making this gala possible.
